We offer our services via a subscription-based model, which is billed through Stripe.

• Billing Terms: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods unless required by law.

3. Account & Access

To use Revivify, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and complete information when signing up.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account with others.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Connecting Your Website

To allow Revivify to retrieve, rewrite, and manage your blog content, you may connect your WordPress, Webflow, or Wix site through secure integrations.

• We only request the minimum permissions required to perform our services.
• Your connected website data is stored securely and used only as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You can disconnect your CMS at any time from your dashboard.
• We do not alter or publish any content without your explicit action or approval.

5. Content & Ownership

All blog content that you connect to Revivify remains 100% yours.

By using our rewriting and publishing tools, you grant us a limited license to temporarily store and process your content in order to provide the service. We do not claim ownership over any material you provide or produce.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws.
• Having the appropriate rights to modify or republish the content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Revivify to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Infringe on others' intellectual property or rights.
• Distribute spam or malicious software.
• Attempt to interfere with the service's security or infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these guidelines.

7. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep Revivify running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update or change features, plans, or pricing at any time. We'll notify you of any material changes that may affect your account or subscription.

8. Termination

You can terminate your use of Revivify at any time by canceling your subscription and disconnecting your website.

We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or if your subscription lapses without renewal.

Upon termination, your content will no longer be processed or accessed by our service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount paid for the past 12 months of your subscription.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Revivify operates (Norway, unless otherwise stated).
